In my previous article FIRST THING DONE BY SUCCESSFUL IN THE MORNING I mention about the morning habits of successful people. But as we know today world is full of competition and as we know morning time is most productive time so I thought to make my article a bit more productive and explain it more.
Early to Bed, Early to Rise makes a man, Healthy, Wealthy and Wise: Very old quote but true. Around 80% of successful people get up really very early in morning like 4: 00 am. New Jersey Nets CEO Brett Yormark gets up at 3:30 am, Virgin America CEO David Cush wakes up at 4:15 am, Tim Cook, the CEO of Apple starts the day at 4.30 am every morning, Indra Nooyi, CEO of Pepsico wakes up at 4 am and Dan Akerson, the former CEO of General Motors get up at 4:30 or 5 in the morning. They utilize this time not only for work but also spend time with their family, drop their children to school or bonding with their kids or life partners playing with them or set a “breakfast date with their partner”. These people really put more efforts by waking up at 5:30 am, 4:30 am and even 4:00 am so they can make their day more productive

Mediation/Exercise:Our respected Prime Minister Narendra Modi starts his day with meditation. He also said when he feels tired he starts practice yoga and deep breathing. The secret of his energy level from morning to night is Yoga and Pranayama. Like him most of the successful people do some exercise, stretching or meditation before they head out the door.
Schedule the day: Time management is the one of most important key for successful persons. After finishing their exercise before breakfast they check their emails but only important one, plan their daily tasks, and check their meetings schedule for the day. They prioritize their tasks to achieve their larger life goals In short make their time table so they can finish their tasks on time. Benjamin Franklin had it right: “If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail.”

Pray: They do prayers to remember their GOD to say thank you what they have in their life. They think of what they are grateful for. Prayer not only make a person spiritual but also enable to get yourself centered and focused and this is the best time to do so.
Breakfast: In India there is a quote “Eat breakfast like king, lunch like normal people and dinnerlike poor” and successful people took this very seriously. They know a healthy breakfast is important to provide the nutrients and energy needed to start their day after six to eight hours long night. Most of people think they start their day with cup of tea but no they start their day with glass of water and for them healthy breakfast does not mean pizza from last night; it is fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds etc.
Read Newspaper: They read the newspaper or check latest news on their mobile apps. Toconnect with world is very important for them. For example, David Cush reads five newspapers and listens to sports radio; Barack Obama reads New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and the Washington Post.
